Your itinerary, day by day
Day 1 — Arrival and in-person consultation
We pick you up at José María Córdova International Airport and take you to your hotel. That same day: in-person evaluation at the clinic, trichoscopy, confirmation of your surgical plan and hairline design with you in front of the mirror.
Day 2 — The procedure
Transplant day under local anesthesia: extraction and follicle-by-follicle implantation by the same team from start to finish. Lunch and continuous care included. You return to your hotel the same day.
Day 3 — Check-up and instructions for your return
Post-operative check-up and first-wash instructions at the clinic. We answer every question, hand over your care plan and take you to the airport. Follow-up continues on WhatsApp from home.

Travel FAQ
Do I need a visa to visit Colombia?
Citizens of the US, Canada, the UK, the EU and most of Latin America do not need a visa for short tourist stays — a valid passport is enough. Please double-check current requirements for your nationality before booking.
What currency is used? Can I pay by card?
The Colombian peso (COP). International cards are widely accepted in Medellín, and we coordinate the package payment options with you before you travel.
Is Medellín safe?
Your entire stay happens in Ciudad del Río and El Poblado — the city’s hotel and medical districts, with a constant international presence. Transfers are private and support is continuous.
I don’t speak Spanish. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Support during your evaluation, procedure and check-ups is bilingual, and WhatsApp follow-up can be in English.
When can I fly back?
The itinerary is designed for you to fly home on day 3, after your check-up and first wash. You will receive specific guidance for the flight and the following days in your care plan.
